As I have said in a prior post, Family and Health are the two most important priorities in my life. While I intended to focus on writing a blog post everyday, Family does come first. Having the opportunity to spend time with various family members from my side and my hubby’s is something I am truly grateful for during this season of Thanksgiving.
So today is the day to work on my backlog. Although I may not be able to write one post each day, I am committed to writing 30 blog posts within those 30 days. And I shall succeed.
Each day Bradley Will of Learn to Blog posts a Thought of the Day to our Facebook Challenge group. Here is today’s, which I feel is very appropriate to how I am feeling today and is just the motivation I need to keep going.
THOUGHT OF THE DAY: “Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.” ― Mahatma Gandhi
Not only for this challenge but for life in general, I am a great believer in these words of wisdom. For me, it is all about believing in yourself, keeping a positive attitude, perseverance and just getting it done.
